By accessing or using PMSPRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
PMSPRO provides property management software for Kenyan landlords, including M-Pesa automated reconciliation, KRA eTIMS compliance support, and tenant management tools.
Payments are processed via Paystack. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.
While PMSPRO provides tools to assist with KRA eTIMS and eRITS compliance, the final legal responsibility for accurate tax filing and reporting remains solely with the landlord/organization owner.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your tenant data to third parties.
